Who these apply to. These terms govern your use of dealsnleadsai.com (the "Site"), operated by Primevo Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the DealsnLeads brand. Services we provide are governed by a separate written Client Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

For businesses. The Site is intended for real estate agents and home-service businesses (such as roofing, window, and remodeling companies) and their staff. You confirm you are at least 18 and using the Site for business purposes.

Requesting a consultation. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a purchase. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to give.

No guarantees. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of lead volume, appointment volume, closed deals, conversion rates, pricing, or availability in any market or industry. Sample conversations, sample leads, and other examples are for illustration only; real results depend on your market, offer, and the inputs you provide. The terms that apply to your service, including lead exclusivity and replacement or credit for unqualified leads, are set in your Client Agreement.

Our content. The Site, its text, design, logos, and the DealsnLeads name belong to us or are licensed to us. You may link to the Site but may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse content without written permission.

Acceptable use. No scraping, interfering with the Site, submitting false information, or using the Site to build a competing list or service.

Third-party tools. Calendar, analytics, CRM, messaging, and payment tools are provided by third parties under their own terms.

Communications. If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Primevo Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Site, and total liability for any Site-related claim is limited to $100. This does not limit liability under a Client Agreement.

Governing law. Florida law governs, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a Client Agreement says otherwise.

Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date shows the current version.
